Hi, I’m Dee. Welcome to The NutriGirl, where you’ll find my blog / wellness diary of tasty food and health tips that I’m learning along the way.
I LOVE food, developing recipes and wellness, so as a hobby I became qualified in nutritional health.
I make delicious, nutritious twists on favorites – from cookies and cakes to snacks and shakes. My recipes (on this site anyway) are always made with nourishing, wholesome and unprocessed ingredients.
I try to stick to less than ten ingredients, thirty minutes cooking time or I’ll just use one bowl to save on the cleaning up now I’m a mum (or mom).
